supplier of reliable RF and DC power supplies, has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification,
underscoring its commitment to ensure consistent and exceptional quality across
its manufacturing operations in the US and UK. . The certificate of registration was administered by the National Standards Authority of Ireland and covers the design, manufactures, and support of Comdel's RF and DC power delivery systems. The new version of the ISO 9001 standard places greater emphasis on top management involvement in the quality process, as well as a greater focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Comdel announced in February of this year that the Comdel UK facility received ISO 9001:2000 certification from the United Registrar of Systems, Ltd. By having both the US and UK facilities aligned under the same standard, Comdel provides objective verification that their power delivery products meet the most stringent quality requirements throughout all of its operations. Comdel was originally certified to the ISO 9001:1994 standard and maintained this ranking through biannual maintenance compliance audits. Under the new standard, regular surveillance audits and bi-annual reassessment audits will be conducted by NSAI.
