Take Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) East. Take the
I-95/Rt. 128 exit, (Exit 14). Merge onto I-95 N. Follow signs for Rt. 128
N. Follow directions below to Cape Ann Industrial Park.
From the North:
Take Rt. 95 South to Rt. 128 N. in Peabody. Take Rt. 128 N. Follow directions below to Cape Ann Industrial Park.
From
Manchester Airport:
Take I 93 South to I 95 N. / Rt. 128 N.
In Peabody I 95 & 128 divide--follow signs for Rt. 128 N. Follow directions
below to Cape Ann Industrial Park.

are located in the Cape Ann Industrial Park in Gloucester, MA.
Take Exit 14 off of Rt. 128. Follow the signs for Rt. 133 East - Gloucester. At the Little River Grocery turn right onto Magnolia Ave., go under the bridge and follow Magnolia for approximately one mile. Turn right at Kondelin Rd. into the Cape Ann Industrial Park—Comdel is the second business on the right.
