CB5000 High Frequency Power Supply Now Available At 40.68 and 60 MHz

Gloucester, Massachusetts, November 1, 2011 - The CB5000 High Frequency RF Power Supply just got higher with fixed frequencies at 40.68 and 60 MHz. Delivering 5000 watts of power with forward or delivered power mode regulation, the CB5000 is smaller and lighter without sacrificing reliability. The solid-state design provides precise and repeatable power control, ultra-stable output and low cost of ownership. Options include DeviceNet, Master/Slave operation, and Turbotune technology for variable output frequency tuning. The CB5000 is designed to meet the performance demand in RF-driven plasma systems. Applications include etch, RIE, parallel plate, ICP, RF sputtering, CVD and PVD, as well as induction and dielectric heating processes in industrial systems, and solar photovoltaic applications.
