Comdel Brings Multi Channel Phase Adjustment to RF Applications

Gloucester, Massachusetts, June 15, 2009 - Comdel, Inc., leading supplier of RF and DC power supplies and process instruments to the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries, announces the VF Series Multi Channel Synthesizer Modules, the newest addition to their extensive product line for plasma processing. The VF Series Multi Channel Synthesizers provide phase adjustable output to avoid destructive arcing and cross-talk in multiple cathode plasma processing chambers. Its flexible design eliminates time delays, providing the phase you want delivered consistently to the load every time, even with high frequency applications.

The VF Series can accommodate up to sixteen channels and may be programmed to any frequency between 2 and 60 MHz. Frequency changes are simultaneous and phase continuous. The phase of each channel can be adjusted to an accuracy greater than 0.1 degree resolution. The VF Series allows adjustment for cable length dependencies. Higher and lower frequency synthesizer modules are available. The VF series is designed to meet the performance demand in RF-driven plasma systems for solar thin film photovoltaics and semiconductor processing.
