FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: December 2004 Comdel Announces Key Appointments in Quality, Service, and Materials Management Comdel is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Corrigan as materials manager. He will be responsible for the overall flow of materials, managing inventory levels, working closely with production and manufacturing to set priorities, and building strong alliances with vendors. Paul has 30 years of experience in materials and materials management with Micromass Inc. (a division of Waters Corporations). "Paul is an experienced manager with the determination and skills necessary to drive a successful strategy for material flow that will benefit our business and our customers," said Scott Johnson, senior vice president of operations. "Paul's appointment, along with the other recent additions to the Comdel team, is an important part of Comdel's growth strategy and commitment to customers." Art Curry was recently appointed to the newly created position of systems engineer. In his new role, Art will provide an interface between engineering and production, writing and revising documentation for continuous improvement, and managing test procedures and documentation. Prior to working for Comdel, Art worked for IBM for over 35 years, most recently as senior staff member at the Cambridge Scientific Center.
Comdel is also pleased to announce two recent additions to the customer support team. Irene Morgan has joined Comdel as sales and customer support administrator. Irene's responsibilities include responding to customer requests for quotations, expediting order entry, and providing administrative support to sales. Vikki Cole has recently returned to Comdel as customer service and quality assurance administrator, assisting the QA Manager with ISO audits, and providing customer service support for RMA processing. .
