Comdel Announces Key Appointment in Reliability Management

Gloucester, Massachusetts, February 1, 2006 - Comdel, Inc., trusted supplier of RF and DC power, is pleased to announce the appointment of Will Collier as reliability engineering manager. Collier, in his new position, will be reporting directly to Ted Johnson, President of Comdel.

"We are fully committed to supporting our customers by providing the most reliable RF generators available," said Ted Johnson. "To that end, we have committed budget dollars to continue to expand our reliability test lab and build an aggressive test plan/process for new designs and existing products. With Will's help and the support of our engineering team, we are recognizing new opportunties for reliability improvements in our products."

Since his hire in November of 2005, he has been responsible for re-designing Comdel's testing facility and establishing protocol and measurement metrics for improved product reliability. Collier will provide an interface between engineering and test, revising processes and designs for continuous improvement, and managing test procedures and the development of the test facility.

Collier has 30 years of experience in the electronics design industry with extensive involvement in reliability design engineering. Prior to working for Comdel, Collier worked as a designer and design engineering manager for M/A-COM and Whistler Corp. as well as designing radio extension systems for Wireless Bypass. He also recently held a position as regulatory compliance manager for Virtual Ink.
